What else will Buyside tell me?
Buyside will also tell you how many people are searching for homes in the same area as your home. You will also see recent home sales nearby.
All this information is a great first step to see if your home’s value matches what you were thinking your home is worth.
Is Buyside accurate?
As with any technology, the values are not always spot on. For example, it is much more accurate for homes in a subdivision were there are similar comparable homes. If you own a ranch on 10 acres and have lived there for 20+ years, the information may be less accurate. However, you can add data to the site to make your analysis more accurate.

A CMA is a Comparative Market Analysis. I will look for similar homes that have sold or on the market now that are comparable to your home. I will also be able to determine a price range your home may be worth and we can see how close it is to the Buyside estimate.
In order to give you the most accurate range, I will then need to see your home in person. Buyside doesn’t know about upgrades or remodeling that you may have done in your home and I know the value these improvements can bring.
