Do you help owners/landlords?
Of course! If you have a home to rent out, we will advertise your unit for rent and help screen the tenants by sending you links to a company used to screen the potential tenant. For this service, we do charge a commission, but think of the time saved by you for not having to show the unit and screen all potential tenants yourself.

When rentals are listed in the MLS, we can search for certain criteria such as school district, pet policy, accessibility, etc? Plus, we know the neighborhoods because we work them every day.
